Stay in Fee Payments
Open Admissions → Fee Payments. Pay this month, Pay all dues, Installment and print previews keep the Fee Payments views when opened from here, including Open in a new tab and returning to the list. Direct Payment and Family-wise Payment remain available in the top views. Fee Payments bookmarks and recent links retain this menu. Opening the same shared screens from Fee Challans keeps the Fee Challans views. Navigation and printing do not record a payment or send a message.
Find Fee Payments in the New Layout
Open Admissions → Fee Payments. The top views are Pay or Print, Direct Payment, Family-wise Payment, Paid Challan, Discount Challan and Payment History, in that order. Pending approvals stay under More when your school uses two-step approval.
Pay or Print, Paid Challan and Discount Challan are also available from Admissions → Fee Challans. When you open them from Fee Payments, their top views stay in Fee Payments. Your usual permissions still decide which views you can open.
Open Challan Discounts
Open Admissions → Challan Discounts. The existing Pending Approvals Discounts address opens the same table with its pending-approval filter. Existing access permissions remain unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps your current page entries while this page stays open.
Review the table
Use the existing filters, sorting and pages to find discount records. The Grand Total row summarises the loaded rows and is not a selectable discount record. Your column choices and table settings keep their original behavior.
Selected records
Select records to use the available actions. Delete Challans keeps its existing confirmation. Approve Challans remains available in the pending-approval view under your existing permissions. Check the selected records before using either action; changing layout does not change their effect.
Print choices
Use the existing Print Horizontal or Print Vertical action for selected records. The existing hide-column and multiple-student print choices remain available. Your school branding and printed amounts keep their original behavior.
Loading
The page keeps its original loading, table readiness and error behavior. This view choice adds no new Retry or approval control.
