Current direct-publication notification choice
This note replaces the earlier unchecked-default instruction below. Open Exam & Attendance → Date Sheet and Roll Number Slip → Roll Number Slip, select the intended students and choose Publish to Parents App. Send parents a push notification starts checked for this direct action; untick it to publish without the push. Review the confirmation and press Publish to act. Opening the dialog sends nothing. Printing and Unpublish retain their existing behavior.
Publish a roll number slip
Open Exam & Attendance → Date Sheet and Roll Number Slip → Roll Number Slip. Enter the roll number slip name, date and exam times. Select the students and choose Publish to Parents App. Check the confirmation, then click Publish. Each parent sees only their own child's slip. Printing is separate and is still available.
Send parents a push notification is optional and starts unchecked. Tick it only when you want the app notification sent.
Change or unpublish selected slips
To update a few students, select those students and publish the same slip name again. Other students keep their original slips. To remove selected students' slips, keep the matching slip name, select the students and click Unpublish. Other slip names and other students are unchanged. A blank name means Roll Number Slip.
Review published records
Click Published Slips to see active and unpublished records for campuses you can access. Its Unpublish button removes that whole class record from the Parents App. Delete permanently removes the record and asks for confirmation.
Find the slip in the Parents App
Open the child, then Academics → Roll Number Slip. Close and reopen the slip screen after the school makes a change. The slip shows the name, date, time, exam roll number and hall saved when it was published.
