Save staff privileges as a Super Admin
Open Core Settings → Users & Privileges → Manage → Privileges. A Super Admin can set an ordinary staff user’s screen and campus grants without first holding those same grants. The server checks the current actor and target when opening and saving the matrix. Verified owner accounts remain protected: only the institute owner or an EDUBase administrator can manage them. Delegated staff retain the existing role hierarchy, action and campus limits. Off-module and owner-only controls retain their existing rules.
Open User Privileges
Open the existing Privileges page address for the user you are allowed to manage. This standalone page has no separate menu button. If no user is specified, the original notice remains. Existing access permissions stay unchanged.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps the same page and its current choices.
Keep the original controls
The original search, section choices, campus controls, permission checks and Save behavior remain. Switching layouts does not save or grant permissions. Existing loading, error and Retry behavior is unchanged.
