Bulk Uploads
Update students, fee plans, first-time arrears and challan payments from a sheet — needs the Admin :: Bulk Uploads privilege.
Cash Account Privileges — who may receive a fee payment
Each login can only take payments into the cash or bank accounts ticked for it. Grant them in Admin → Users & Privileges → open the user → Cash Account Privileges.
Omni Features
On EDUBase Omni, switch modules on or off for your school and see how many active students your plan allows — needs the Admin :: Omni Features privilege.
Biometric Readers
Connect a ZKTeco attendance reader to EDUBase over the internet, see whether it is online, and match each reader PIN to a staff member or student — needs the Admin :: Biometric Readers privilege.
Link an EMS login to an HRM employee
Create a school staff login from an active HRM employee, or review and link an older login. An inactive employee cannot sign in.
Advanced settings
Every page keeps its rarely used options under "Advanced settings". The school chooses the default (Admin → Institute Setup → Light mode / Full mode); each person can still show or hide them per page, and the choice is remembered.
Bio ID Recovery
See each staff member's Bio ID before and after 19 Oct 2026 side by side, and choose which old IDs to bring back.
