Choose your Award List Print view

Choose New or Old for Award List Print while keeping the same page and controls.

Show Exam Roll Number

Open Exam & Attendance → Marks & Results → Add Marks or Update Marks, then open a list’s marks or Print page. Show Exam Roll Number starts unchecked. Check it to show each student’s assigned exam roll number; uncheck it to hide the column. The print preview and printed sheet follow the Print page checkbox. These are the exam roll numbers assigned in Exam & Attendance → Extras → Roll No. Slip, separate from class Roll No. A missing exam roll number is blank. This display choice does not edit marks or assign numbers.

In Teacher App 7.5.13 → Marks → Award List → Add Marks, the same checkbox above the marks table controls the separate Exam Roll Number column. It starts off when a list is opened. Changing the display sends no messages.

Find and print award lists

Open Exam & Attendance → Marks & Results → Add Marks or Update Marks. Update Marks lists completed award lists across all exam dates without From or To filters. Use column filters and search, choose 50, 100 or 500 rows per page, then use the page controls. Session, Gender and Group filters share one row.

Choose a list row’s Print. Hide Father Contact starts checked. A single section appears in the header and is hidden from student rows by default; multiple sections retain the column. Grand Total adds each student’s numeric Oral and Written marks. Absent, Leave and nonnumeric subjects add no numeric marks. Unassigned subjects are excluded from obtained and maximum totals. Printing sends no messages.

Choose Oral and Written display names

Open Core Settings → Exam → Exam Settings → Class Grading Policy → Mark Display Name. Enter the names your school uses, such as Assessment Test and Assessment 2, then choose Save display names. Each name can have up to 60 characters. Leave a name blank to restore Oral or Written. A login with award-list management permission can save names; other users can read them.

Reopen award-list creation, update, marks entry or print views and examination result cards to read the saved names. Date-sheet types also show the saved names, including the combined type. The Teacher app uses them on award-list creation and marks entry from version 7.5.11; the Parent app reads them when reopening a published date sheet. Existing marks, grades, totals and calculations stay the same. Saving names does not send messages.

A compact award-list print

Open Exam & Attendance → Marks & Results → Add Marks or Update Marks, then use the list Print action. The New Layout shows written or oral marks beside their rows, without a repeated total beside each subject. If every subject uses the same test type, it appears once in the information header; different types stay with their subject rows. A single section appears in the top information only; the vertical section column is kept for multiple sections. Printed headings start at the top and repeat correctly when the sheet spans pages.

Open Award List Print

Open Award Lists and use the existing Print action on a list you can access.

Choose your layout

Classic opens first unless you save another default. Use Try the new layout or View old layout to switch. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. If saving a default fails, your previous choice remains; try saving again. Switching keeps the same page and its current choices.

Keep the award sheet

The same students, subjects, marks, totals, branding and column visibility choices remain. Print and the conditional Add New Students control keep their existing behavior. Locked subject cells and their totals remain unchanged. Switching layouts does not add students, change marks or print the sheet. Existing access, loading and error behavior remains.
