Daily fee collection without selection boxes
Open Admissions → Day Wise Paid Challans. Both layouts show the payment rows without header or row selection checkboxes. This report has no bulk action that needs a selection. Date, campus and receiving-account filters, daily totals, grand total, daily Print and export keep their existing scope. Removing selection boxes does not drop loaded payments or change the amount collected.

Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching on the same page keeps its filters and report state. Existing links to other screens keep their original handling.
Original report scope
Choose the paid-date range, receiving account and campus, then Submit. The original date-range advice remains. Column filters, sorting, daily subtotals and the Grand Total use the loaded report. Excel and PDF export checked rows, or the complete loaded grid when none are checked. Browser Print retains all loaded rows and their original totals; it does not fetch more records. A daily subtotal Print button opens the original daily report with that date and its submitted account and campus. The list and daily report share one layout choice.
Loading and recovery
The new layout hides stale report values and blocks controls while the report or its required options are loading or have failed. Retry reloads failed reads. Existing access and monetary values remain unchanged.
Print one day of collected fees
Open Admissions → Day Wise Paid Challans, choose the dates and any campus or receiving-account filter, then load the report. Use Print in the total row for the required day. It opens that day's report with the same campus and receiving-account scope, including when you have hidden or moved the Date column. Review the date, filter and totals in the opened report before printing. Printing does not collect a payment or send a message.
