See student status in the list
Open Admissions → Manage Students. Enrolled Students, Inactive Students and All Students show Status after Gender by default. Status uses the existing student record: Currently Enrolled, Left, Graduated, Suspended, Frozen or another existing student status. Frozen keeps its existing details.
Open Grid settings and find Status to show or hide it. Older saved grids gain the new column; an explicit saved Status choice remains yours. A Status filter narrows the chosen category; clearing it returns to that category. Showing, hiding or filtering this column never changes enrollment. To change a student status, use the existing Update form and its Office Information → Current Status control, with the usual permissions.
Choose the admission form print layout
In Admissions → Manage Students or Admission Queries, select exactly one student or query. Print Layout 2 is the main print control. For the other layout, open More → Print Layout 1; if More is not shown, expand the page's Advanced settings. The two names still open their corresponding layouts.
The printed form shows Created At, Created By, Updated At and Updated By together in a compact row. Dates and times use the usual school display with hours and minutes. On a narrow screen these fields can wrap; print keeps the four fields together.
Temporary query numbers and confirmed admission
New records saved in Admissions → Admission Queries receive a Temporary SID, such as TMP-1 or TMP-2. A query does not use a permanent student SID or an automatic roll number before admission is confirmed. Confirm admission before creating a fee plan, generating challans or recording payments for a new Temporary SID.
When its status becomes Currently Enrolled, it receives the next permanent SID from the same sequence used by Manage Students, and the usual automatic roll-number rules apply. Confirming admission keeps the saved student and family details; those details remain available in the record and printed form. Existing admission queries that already have a permanent SID keep that SID.
